STRIVE Performance Dietetics
"Fuel better, recover faster, perform at your peak."
STRIVE is a high performance nutrition clinic in Alexandria, founded and led by Kristof Szanto, where a team of Accredited Practising Dietitians works with athletes and everyday clients.
Between them they cover combat sports, youth athletes, women's health, gut health, and chronic disease management, so your food plan gets built around your training instead of next to it.
Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session at STRIVE and they'll help you work out which foods sit well around training and which ones cost you on the day.

Laekin
Sports Dietitian
Laekin specialises in youth sports nutrition, helping young athletes eat in a way that supports growth, health, and performance. She also works with recreational and elite adult athletes on performance and recovery.
Alongside sport she works in women's health, gut health, chronic disease management, and nutrition around weight loss medications, with strategies people can keep up long term.

Hannah
Sports Dietitian
Hannah has worked across a wide range of sports and keeps her advice practical, built around balance rather than rules that fall apart in a heavy training week.
She grew up in athletics and dancing, so she knows the demands of high performance sport first hand. Her focus is turning sports nutrition science into clear strategies for energy, strength, and body composition.

Accredited Practising Dietitian
Kieren
Dietitian
Kieren turns the evidence into individual plans that fit an athlete's goals, training load, and day to day life.
He came to dietetics from personal training and strength and conditioning, and has competed in marathons and amateur powerlifting, so he works well with people trying to do both at once.
Before your appointment
Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.
Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to STRIVE Performance Dietetics. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
