Accredited Practising Dietitian, PhD
Dr Kellie Millard
Consultant Dietitian and creator of Dietitian App
"Practical, compassionate and evidence-informed medical nutrition therapy."
Kellie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 25 years in clinical dietetics and medical research, and a PhD from the University of Sydney's Faculty of Medicine. She sees babies, children, teens, adults and families in Gledswood Hills and by secure video consult, with a focus on gut and gastrointestinal nutrition, food allergies and intolerances, feeding difficulties, eating disorders including ARFID, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
She has worked across hospitals, research and private practice, including as Lead Dietitian at Norwest Private Hospital and as a national media spokesperson for Dietitians Australia. She holds the ANZAED eating disorder credential and a Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition from The Royal Children's Hospital.
Kellie also builds tools for her profession. She created Dietitian App, a clinical toolkit for iPhone, iPad and Mac with nutrient analysis, growth charts and more, plus a free Client Food Diary with barcode scanning that you can share securely with your dietitian. It goes much deeper on the nutrition side than BellyMystery does, and we think it's worth a look, especially if your dietitian already uses it.
Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session with Kellie and she'll help you work out which foods are worth a closer look, in a way that fits your family's real life.
Before your appointment
Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.
Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Dr. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
