Dietetics practice
Ward Nutrition
"Nutrition that works for real life."
Ward Nutrition is a Central West NSW practice led by Director Claire Ward, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 30 years of experience. Its team of four Accredited Practising Dietitians sees clients at clinics in Orange and Bathurst, by telehealth, and on home visits across parts of the Central West.
The team covers food allergies and intolerances, gut health, IBS and FODMAP, eating disorders, children's nutrition and feeding, women's health and fertility, sports nutrition, weight management, bariatric nutrition, disability and aged care. Claire sees most of the food intolerance clients, using structured elimination and reintroduction to find genuine triggers without cutting out more foods than necessary, and Nadia and Ella work with IBS.
Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session at Ward Nutrition and they'll help you sort the genuine triggers from the coincidences, so your diet stays as varied as it can be.

Before your appointment
Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.
Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Ward Nutrition. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
