Sarah is a paediatric Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than a decade of experience at leading children's hospitals, including the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne and Monash Children's Hospital, where she currently specialises in gastroenterology, preterm nutrition and infant feeding. She holds a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University and a Certificate in Paediatric Dietetics.

Her private practice covers coeliac disease, IBD, IBS, chronic diarrhoea and constipation, food allergies and intolerances, faltering growth, fussy eating and feeding difficulties, tube feeding and weaning, and starting solids. She sees families at Redhouse Paediatrics in Frankston, on home visits across south east Melbourne, and by telehealth, with a family-centred approach. Eligible NDIS participants can be supported too.

Bring your child's BellyMystery pattern summary to a session with Sarah and she'll help you work out which foods are worth a closer look, while keeping your child growing well.

Before your appointment

Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.

Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Sarah. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
