Accredited Practising Dietitian, Feeding Therapist
Sandy Booysen
Founder, Sense-Able Nutrition
"Real Food. Real Life. Real Change."
Sandy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Feeding Therapist with nearly 15 years' experience across hospitals, community clinics and private practice. Through Sense-Able Nutrition she sees clients in clinic at Glenelg North in Adelaide, and for feeding therapy at home or at school when that works better.
Her interests include food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances, gut-brain and mental health, disordered eating, and building a positive relationship with food. She is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, including autism, ADHD and sensory challenges, with a strengths-based, neuro-affirming and weight-neutral approach that helps each person find their 'right fit' foods.
Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session with Sandy and she'll help you make sense of which foods are behind your symptoms, and build a plan that fits your real life.
Before your appointment
Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.
Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Sandy. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
