Nicole Bando

Nicole is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Monash University in 2003, spent more than 15 years as a clinical dietitian in a major Melbourne hospital, and contributes to the Nutrition & Breastfeeding working group with Dietitians Australia. She sees families in clinic at NEST Family Clinic in Elsternwick, by telehealth, and through home visits across Melbourne.

Her work brings lactation and nutrition together, from first feeds to family meals. She supports food allergies and intolerances in children, breastfeeding elimination diets, growth concerns, starting solids and fussy eating, plus breastfeeding challenges such as attachment, supply, mastitis and mixed feeding. Every session is tailored to the family, with clear, practical steps that feel doable right away.
