"Breastfeeding a baby with allergy or eczema? You don't have to work it out alone."

Laura is a Paediatric Allergy Dietitian with almost 20 years' experience and the founder of The Allergy Dietitian Clinic, a private practice helping families with food allergy and intolerance across Australia. If your breastfed baby has eczema, reflux, unsettled symptoms or a suspected cow's milk allergy, she can help you work out what's going on and what to do next.

Laura supports breastfeeding mums on elimination diets, so you only cut out what you need to, while still looking after your own nutrition. She also guides you through starting solids when your baby has allergy or eczema. Beyond babies, she helps families with multiple food allergies, eosinophilic oesophagitis, coeliac disease, lactose and fructose intolerance, and fussy eating or slow growth. As a mum of two, her approach is practical and no-fuss, aimed at building your confidence at mealtimes.

Laura consults by phone anywhere in Australia, and in person in Adelaide. No referral is needed. Alongside her private practice, she is the Senior Dietitian, Allergy & Clinical Immunology, at Flinders Medical Centre, an active member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA), and has helped train Australian dietitians through the ASCIA Food Allergy Course for Dietitians.

Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session with Laura and she'll help you work out which foods are worth a closer look, while making sure both you and your baby get the nutrition you need.

Before your appointment

Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.

Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Laura. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
