Director, The Rehab Dietitian
"Focusing on what to include, not what to cut out"
Gina is an HCPC Registered Dietitian with more than 20 years of specialist gastrointestinal practice, and a current Macmillan Dietitian with NHS Glasgow. She holds a Masters in Clinical & Public Health Nutrition, with Masters-level training in GI and cancer treatment, and is Monash trained in the low FODMAP diet.
Her flagship work is bowel changes after cancer treatment, such as diarrhoea, urgency and unpredictable bowels, along with nutrition support before, during and after treatment. She also helps with IBS, bloating and long-term digestive problems often labelled as IBS, coeliac disease and food intolerances, and menopause and PMOS. She sees clients by video across the UK and internationally, and in person in Haddington and Selkirk, with no referral needed.
Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session with Gina and she'll help you understand what's driving your symptoms, with a plan focused on what to include rather than what to cut out.
Before your appointment
Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.
Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Gina. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
