Founder, Nutrition Support Australia

"No judgement. No food police. No perfect diet required. Just support."

Darcy is a dietitian and nutritionist, a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and a Gastrostomy Credentialed Dietitian, and the person behind Nutrition Support Australia, a virtual practice offering private, Medicare and NDIS services across Australia. With experience across hospital, community and disability settings, including almost five years supporting NDIS participants with gastrostomies and complex nutrition needs, Darcy works with adolescents and adults whether they eat by mouth, through a feeding tube, or both.

Areas of focus include disordered eating and eating disorders (including ARFID), neurodivergence and sensory differences, tube feeding and blenderised feeding, oncology nutrition including support with ileostomies, and weight-neutral support alongside GLP-1 medications. The approach is practical, individualised and not about your weight: no strict meal plans, just working out what fits your health and your life, alongside your GP and care team. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome, with home visits available in Victoria where appropriate.

Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session with Darcy and use it as a starting point for working out what actually works for you, without another set of food rules.

Before your appointment

Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.

Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Darcy. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
