"Practical, personalised & easy!"
Anna is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with more than 20 years of experience, including hospital nutrition care, and runs Nutrition Connection. She studied human nutrition and dietetics at Otago University, is Monash FODMAP trained, and holds a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She sees clients in Silverdale and at the Allevia GI Institute in Takapuna, and online across New Zealand.
Her gut health work covers IBS, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis (including the Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet), bloating and irregular digestion, and allergies and intolerances from infancy to adulthood, with a focus on finding out whether avoiding a food is really necessary. A mum of two children with allergies, she's not a fan of restrictive eating plans and believes life is about enjoying what you eat while knowing it's good for you and your family.
Bring your BellyMystery pattern summary to a session with Anna and she'll help you work out which foods are worth a closer look, without cutting out more than you need to.
Before your appointment
Walk in with a pattern summary, not a guess.
Log meals and symptoms in BellyMystery for a couple of weeks, then bring the summary to Anna. It is a starting point for the conversation, not a diagnosis.
